Absolutely 'dire', rang early morning to book car in for a full service and probably a new battery fitting. No one to take my call, just kept getting 'we are experiencing a high volume of calls at the moment'. So I requested a call back, six hours later I got a call back, but must have missed it by 1 minute, the person left an answer machine message telling me to ring another number which I did, and guess what? no one picked it up, just same message as above and to request a call back, back to square one. Dire customer services, would have given 0 stars if it was possible, don't know how these people survive!

Shocking experience would never go again told it would take 6 month for car took 14 and when asked for updates by the manager at Renault was told if I didn’t like waiting to cancel the car so rude and Ill managed horrible experience from start to finish.. The manager at blackburn office is a disgrace and should not be in that role
