Our son has attended for almost four years since he was only a baby and we are delighted with this setting. The staff are truly like an extension of our family and have excellent relationships with the children. Sessions are well organised with lots of activity and variety. The food is home cooked and nutritious. All cultures are celebrated and respected. We could not ask for more and can highly recommend to all parents.

My daughter loved this nursery and the staff were lovely, this soon changed! I told staff when my child started that she was NOT to sleep through the day. They didn’t listen. Then a member of staff advised me to shorten my child’s days for her benefit, whilst in a meeting discussing her change in days I was told that they won’t change her days and times again but will allow it this once! It was not me who suggested it, it was the staff but the member of staff who made the decision sat there and allowed me to take the blame for it. My child attended from 9-2. I picked her up once and read her sleep chart, she had been asleep from 11:22 until I picked her up, when they had to wake her! Please tell me how it is acceptable for a child of 2 years old to sleep for 2 and a half hours a day? What exactly Are you teaching her? When is she interacting with staff and children? Then when I returned for her Monday session I told staff I didn’t want her to sleep anymore from which I was told that my child HAD to have a sleep as she was under 3. I left the nursery in tears, I am her mother and I decide if she sleeps or not!! I could not settle my child until 3 in the morning after her sleeping for 2 and a half hours so please tell me how that benefits my child? It doesn’t! I was extremely disappointed as my only options were to leave and wait for a meeting (where I would be told my child had to sleep) or to leave my child there knowing she would be made to go to sleep against my wishes! What a disappointment
