Terrible company, money for old rope springs to mind, the state of the grass area and garden that is supposed to be maintained is in a right mess, what do we pay for? Then they have the cheek to demand money from me, calling me a late payer, when they’ve never even requested payment in the first place, try to avoid these at all costs!! Oh one star is far too much!

If you want a company that goes against there own TP1 agreement here it is. One of the best in the world in fact! They agree with you and then do nothing, they come across helpful, but do nothing, you supply them with evidence they do nothing, you chase for outcomes they do nothing, they put it in writing that your account is on hold, whilst your complaint is being investigated and they send you to debt collectors. They want money for old rope, they never get back to you, they are utterly useless. An absolute disgrace. So if you want a company like this to manage your development or property (please note, we wasn't given a choice, but given the develops, can see why they where choosen) give them a call. If you want a reputable, reliable company that knows what they are doing then seek elsewhere! Take note of the rating. Well done Chelmsford an honour award of being utterly useless. Good Job!

Worse than useless. Chase for responses never getting a reply. Considering how much we pay them if feels like the customer is an inconvenience. Don’t live up to the values they state are at the core of their business. Caused me so much stress and anxiety but why should they care.

We have been trying to buy a property managed by Remus and its taken since beginning of february for the sale to go through. It's constantly the same problem the landlords solicitors drag their feet on all requests to respond to purchase solicitors and sellers solicitors requests for paperwork. We are held up on an indemnity policy to do with ground rent. Its taken over two weeks to send it after repeated requests. I've tried contacting them but refuse to talk to me. It's not giving me any confidence on our experience before we move in.
