Booked a Luton Van, with tail lift and 2 men, at fairly short notice. Fast response times and a courtesy call from driver the evening before the move. Respectful of items and property. The two men were extremely polite, hardworking and speedy. Great value, I would definitely use this company again, should I have to move again in the future.

I was in a desperate fix after my original guy cancelled. I needed a van at very short notice. Removals got me a van (a Luton van which is basically a truck so loads of space.) within an hour. For the same price as my cancelled driver. My driver was Alan I strongly recommend him he was just fantastic and considerate. The move went smoothly and he helped me calm down from the very stressful morning I had before I managed to find this site. There are different drivers so I recommend asking for Alan when you book as my experience was with him as my driver. A very relieved and happy customer.

Truly terrible experience. Three main issues 1. One of the team kept spitting on his (bare) hands before picking stuff up e.g. my mattress. Even after calling the company to ask they tell him to stop he continued. Imagine sleeping on a mattress a stranger just spat on. They offered me a tiny discount (£20 for that. 2. The care they took. They were carrying boxes I had labelled 'Fragile' upside down and just tucked under their arm etc. They specifically say you must label boxes etc but then don't pay any attention to it. When removing the washing machine they 'bumped'it so hard down the step the closed door flew open. 3. They were done in hour less than they said they would be, and yet still kept the money (despite saying on ts and cs that they only charge the time they take).

This company is a bit hit and miss. The first time I used them they were okay so I booked them for another move and was really disappointed with the service. They broke my chest of drawers and wardrobe. They were not strategic at all in the order in which they put stuff in my room, so when they brought the big furniture last it did not fit. They also used the toilet and did not clean up after themselves or wash their hands. Lousy movers.

Fantastic from booking to unloading. Truck arrived exactly on time. During loading we couldn't remember how to disassemble the sofas so couldn't get them out the flat! Luckily Lewis (if I remember his name correctly) was able to help us out with his experience! Everyone was really friendly. Would certainly recommend!
