I was appalled by this company, i would never recommend them. They made us wait 4 hours and didn't even show up. We booked a removal van with this company to move home. Download the app sent the emall got a quote and for the date and time. I called to confirm the booking and was asked to send an email, they responded to confrim t6 booking at this point i was happy with the service. Morning of the move i received a text confirmation that the van will be with us for 1pm I brought all my things down stair and outside in preparation for the can to arrive at 12.58 i received a text stating sorry we are running later will be with you at 5-6pm Coincidentally at this time it started to rain with my thing on the side way. Called the company to be told we are not booked in on the system. I thought we called the wrong Number!!!! Checked called again to be told the same thing but she could see the email trail of the booking. The lady was nice she Apologised but there are no other vsns and we will need to wait the 4 hours. We waited, And waited And waited till 6.30pm No show, no calls, no text nothing How disrespectful, moving home is stressful as it is and for your removal van to not show up is probably the worst thing that could happen. To let any client down in this way is not acceptable

We booked in a moving service 1 week in advance for 2 hours, 10am-12pm. At 9:38am on the day of the move we were told that the drivers had a delay at the first job and were going to call once they were on their way, from Epsom to North East London. This meant a minimum 2hr delay. By 12:30pm we still had not received any update and eventually were told they would not arrive till 2:30pm, 4.5 hours after the agreed time. Ended up hiring a van and moving ourselves. Complete waste of time, ruined our moving day, would advise using someone else.
