From the very first moment they contacted me we received excellent and polite service. From the estimate to arranging dates and more. All fantastic. They arrived on time (early! And waited in the van as we’d just got out of bed!) worked super hard to get everything packed and moved into their vans. Zero breakages. Nothing was too much trouble. Parking was tricky at both ends but we made it work without issue. The whole team were friendly and very hard working. Thank you for making our move a little simpler! Would very much recommend. My only suggestion to someone who is looking to use this company would be don't! Everything was rushed when it didn't need to be and they don't want to own up to any damage caused. It has come to light that any bit of furniture they have touched has broken when it could of so easily been avoided. I understand that some things will become damage ss you can't protect everything. I was fine with that but these things could of so easily been avoided. Damage includes; the bed frame is split where it's been tightened up too tightly, my weights have been dragged along the concrete floor and are now scuffed, our table is broken in the corners and finally the sofa and door frame is damaged from where they were forcing it in. It just needed to be tilted a it went in with no trouble 👏 All it needed in all these cases was a little bit of thought and there would of been no issue.... If you message them about it they will try and state that it is not possible for them to have caused the damage 🤣🤔 they also say that they ask you to check the items before they go. I did raise the bits I noticed but the guy just then walked out..... And it's clearly impossible to be able to check everything. For me it just wasn't worth having our stuff damaged also you can't trust that they will own up to the damage caused.

They were also very careful and wrapped / protected anything that was vulnerable. I trusted this company “Removals Expert” from London with my move and hired them for a 2 day move, day one packing, day two moving. It was a complete disaster after day one! Their packing was completely random putting my things in boxes with no order whatsoever, they even went through my knicker draw! They didn’t need to remove items from the draws, you tape it up and take the whole unit as one. They ran out of lorry space on day two so I had to borrow my work truck to help move items which I was paying them to do. This still didn’t work as they left a load of my belongings in my elderly neighbours back garden. They squashed my beloved plants, broke many of my plant pots and once at my new home put my randomly boxed boxes in the wrong rooms. They rebuilt my sons bed the wrong way round with screws missing and broken frames (it’s a double high bed.) Then to top it off when they left, whilst I was sobbing at my back door from the whole devastating experience one of their team spat at my feet as he walked pass me. It was truly a horrible, horrific move. Please do not use this company!!!!!!

These guys were honestly fantastic. They were very competitively priced so was a little dubious but they made everything so easy on what is a very stressful day. Very heavy boxes (too heavy really) were easily handled - but we apologise for the heavy boxes! They carried a sofa down 5 flights of stairs because it was too large for the lift. Also their booking team (Melissa) was great and very helpful in rearranging move dates. Not a single criticism, highly recommended 👍
