I requested removal quotes via a third party website, and subsequently received a call from one of the Removal Heroes drivers shortly after. He arranged for one of the team to come out to assess/quote between 4-6pm the following day and said I would receive a call 30mins prior. I waited in but nobody called or turned up and I haven’t heard anything from them since. This is incredibly unprofessional and wasted my time.

**** Highly Recommended A+ Company! **** Excellent service from start to finish! Moving offices has never been so easy. Extremely professional, helpful and friendly even when we surprised them with unknown extra items that we sprang on them at the last minute. They took it all without hesitation and were happy to do so even though it meant them running over-time. I have always found moving to be very daunting, but thanks to these guys it was completely stress-free. They really are removal heroes and we will certainly be calling on them again! **UPDATE** 2 months later, I called on these guys again for my own personal house move as they did such a great job when my company moved offices. As before, their service was excellent. They were extremely helpful from start to finish and the move itself was handled promptly and professionally. Overall, I have to say they really are one-in-a-million and with one of the lowest rates around - they give a rock-star service at rock-bottom prices. What more could you ask for! Well done guys!

Couldn't rate this company higher! They were incredibly helpful, start to finish, and were upbeat and brought a smile all the way through. Our furniture was in extremely quickly and professionally moved out and in. Communication was brilliant, initial quote and call was easy and clear. A call to make arrangements beforehand (date, time, deposit etc...), with a confirmation call the day before from the team leader of the group that actually moved us to reassure us and check last details. Great value for money too. We paid £400 total for a complete removal from our third floor (no lift!) flat in Maidstone, to Tunbridge Wells, with some furniture disassembly and reassembly too. Particular shout out to Luke, Jamie, and Brian, as the team that moved us in. Thanks guys!
