I never see an unprofessional company in UK like them… I ordered vinyl roller however, they told us it will be with you today during 3 days. And each day, they told the same! We believed, waited even we arranged handyman according their words.. However they never sent our order and we had to pay to handman for nothing because of their valuable(?) communication. Also their customer services blamed only delivery company and they did not take the responsibility! Unbelievable! I cancelled the order and they offered me %20 discount for my next order to apologise 🙈 Why will I order again with you? It was like a joke! Think twice when you think to order from them…
