    Late on the outward journey and cancelled the last return buses after 2pm, without information. lt left us stranded in York waiting 90 minutes, before we had to pay £60 for a taxi ride back. We rang them and they were rude and unapologetic. Total cowboys. Avoid. Well its taken you nearly a year to reply to the review, denying you cancelled services. I'll let people draw their own conclusions from that.

    This bus company refuse wheelchair customers due to health and safety concerns. Today I was in a First bus and a Reliance bus driver used their massive vehicle to force the First bus into the wrong lane so the First bus couldnt turn left. The Reliance driver was irate and using the vehicle to bully & intimidate. He then came up behind our bus and stopped less than a metre gap from our bus as we all waited at the traffic lights. He then got out at the next stop and was taking photos of our bus. Nobody who uses such a huge powerful vehicle to bully and squeeze up against & and behind a vehicle using a bus as a weapon in anger should be driving a bus. Its one thing to be angry its another thing to use the vehicle to teach someone a lesson.
