I had my Discovery 4 engine rebuilt by this company, the car blew its engine within two weeks of the rebuild!!! tried to contact the company for nearly 3 weeks with no luck...I was out of pocket for nearly £6,000. Had the car inspected by Land Rover after the work, half the components that according to Reliance had been replaced had not been touched and in addition the car had had the body removed to get to the engine and not reattached correctly making it a death trap!! I have been left with a £12,000 car that is now scrap!!! All in all one of the most stressful, disappointing and costly experiences I have had with any company bar none...Please please avoid at all costs!!!

750 miles later complete engine failure. Original price was £1600. This then stacked upto £2400 and wanted another £250 to collect the car once it broke down.

Had my sons vehicle in for a rebuild on the engine,they took ages and when finally had it returned there was another fault with it,so had it return with more money on top to get it fix,then find out that they have overcharged as they added on delivery charge when they had already had the money, just rang them but with no avail. DO NOT USE THEM

DO NOT take your vehicle here! Refit my van with a new engine. Under warranty sent it back as it was faulty. Kept my van for 2 months with hardly any contact! My van coincidentally get 'stolen' from their garage!!!!! Been trying to claim from them some money back but they ignore every phone call, letter and message! Not a penny back for their lack of care!!!!! No van, a family to provide for. And I had to take out a loan for the engine in the first place which I'm repaying back for the next 3 years!!!!!!!! Awful customer service, very very awful company! They owe us thousands!

Terrible aftersale. No response or returned calls since i collected car, with covers missing. Steel cover over belts still in boot. Ac not working. The work was fast .but once they got the money forget about it
