Came round to have a look at the job and seemed to know what I needed and the best way forward. Said I would get a quote in a couple of days time. After one week i did chase the quote but it still never arrived! Shame as I could have put quite a lot of work there way being a Property Manager.

Avoid this company at all cost! He refused to give me a paper invoice or receipt. He told me I was being a pain asking for one, as he was doing me a favour at short notice. Said he could only send an email invoice, which I told him was no good for me. He then put the phone down on me after refusing to refund my money (before even doing the repair!).
