Absolutely brilliant! I am a block manager in central London and I felt like I was banging my head against a wall with Schindler. Endless faults and breakdowns and very costly. I moved the contract to Reliable and within weeks they had carried out due diligence surveys on all lifts and advised me on how to resolve the ongoing issues, as well as highlighting non-compliances. Called Reliable Elevator Services when my mother’s stair lift stopped working. This meant that she could not go upstairs to the bedroom or bathroom. I tried calling several companies but only they were able to come the same day to repair. Great service, life savers! Definitely recommend.
