Their works included a new roof, replacement of all windows, double storey and single storey extension, rendering externally and plastering internally the whole house. AWESOME TEAM! Alex and his team undertook a full back to brick refurb including a basement conversion and L-dormer construction on my property. Alex’s expertise was invaluable during the planing phase, helping me understand the sequence of works before starting. Once on site, him and the team were punctual, tidy and efficient. They were all easy to work with and Alex/ Costa were great in keeping me updated about progress and any unforeseen issues which they always had a solution for! Alex and his team were truly Reliable. They were so hard working and polite. I felt great care was taken with the structural elements and dealing with Building Control. Nothing was too much trouble and the work , a conservatory replaced with an extension,was completed quickly. They left everything so neat and tidy. Everyone comments on how the new building looks as if it has always been part of the house. I shall be getting them back to do some other jobs I need doing..wouldn't really want anyone else. Highly recommend them.

Alex is a very skilled project manager so if you want to hand the reigns over and not worry again then this is the company for you. Alex and the guys performed structural repairs to our side wall to rectify issues found by a structural survey. Work included: - installing restraining straps - installing heli bars - repointing In the lead up to the work the communication from Alex was excellent (something we have found to be a rarity when dealing with other builders). Whilst doing the work he kept us fully informed of the work being carried out and the work itself was too a high standard. A pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend.

Alex and the team carried out all the structural works to our new kitchen diner (knock down wall to fit box frame, open up picture window and replace an old beam) as well as fitting the new kitchen, new radiators and lowering outside ground to solve damp issue. The work was carried out to a high standard and on schedule. Communication was always excellent and they were punctual, tidy and polite when on site. We are very pleased with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reliable Builders.
