Would give zero stars if I could. Went in to have my studs changed and the lady was very VERY rude from start to finish, made me feel very uncomfortable. she seemed like a very angry person. Very hostile and nasty. My studs were the wrong size, anyone would still expect good manners, politeness and a friendly service which are basic human morals this place clearly don’t have. I went in cheery and due to positive reviews previously posted by others, I got the total opposite treatment back. Not sure which nice lady these people have been seen to before, or they’re just racist. Your ignorance stinks, I’m proud to be British! I will stick to my usual piercing place in town where everything is 10/10!! I am glad I didn’t pay you anything, don’t deserve my hard earned money.

I was at Renlentless ink and was able to speak to Claire about a tattoo design. Claire was able to visualise what it was I wanted and put pencil to paper. I have to say her drawings in pencil and tattoo ink are unbelievable. I was a bit uneasy about the size and position but after she ensured me that it would look awesome there was no turning back. I've seen a couple of tattoo artist and Claire is by far the best around I would highly recommend her.
