I was recommended to Tim from Nextdoor App after looking for a Sports Physio to sort what I thought was a torn rib/back tendon. He diagnosed it to be sciatic nerve and within a couple of visits and a brutal deep tissue massage he has fixed me. Bloody fantastic Tim and Thank you. This bloke knows exactly what he is doing, ignore the false malicious review at your peril... 5 stars from me!

I’ve been seeing Tim for sports massage for three years, I go regularly as I have a condition that effects my mobility, and by seeing him regularly it stops my muscles going into spasm, it helps with my pain levels, keeps me mobile, if I don’t see him my body knows it. His level of expertise and experience is high end x

I would recommend Tim for a deep tissue or sports masseur .I had issues with piriformis syndrome which had impacted my average running pace and was frustrating me. Tim spent an hour working on my legs and I went running today. There was a huge difference and recovery / stretch was better as a result of the treatment.
