Wow had the 1 hour signature facial with Leah and it's the best facial I've ever had in my life. It was so relaxing, the space was really nice, and Leah was really helpful in explaining what I should do for my skin afterwards. They have all the hi-tech tools there and really know what they're doing. Highly recommend!

I had a facial here while visiting this last November and loved it. My esthetician was April and she was very calming and professional. I tend to have a lot of trouble relaxing, but she was reassuring and actively did what she could to calm me and clearly knows her craft well. She gave me some recommendations afterwards and let me keep one of the items used even and shows genuine care for client needs and concerns. To start they provided some tea and let me sit for a moment to wait, they then take a moment to talk about your skin care concerns and what they’ll be doing. Super professional. As for the results: Fantastic! I got compliments a few times even. I did notice more hydration, a lessening of appearance of scars and acne and a generally brighter complexion as well. I did have some slight trouble finding the place, but that can be chalked up to the fact that it was night time, and I was severely jet lagged/unfamiliar with the area. Overall a great experience and I will be booking here again the next time I’m in London.

It’s been a week since my facial and I have genuinely thought about how great it was for a good part of that week! I’ve explained to several friends and colleagues just how amazing my experience was at re:lax. The bed and space was so cosy and warm, the treatment itself was very thorough and relaxing (a couple of times I made little snuffle sounds as I was so at peace I nearly feel asleep!). I very much look forward to the next one, hopefully making it a new monthly treat. Simply wonderful.

An incredible experience from start to finish. I had the bespoke 60min facial. Leonie was perfect, she understood straight away what I needed for my type of skin and made me feel very comfortable. The rooms are gorgeous and beds so comfy & cosy. The facial felt amazing & the shoulder, head and foot massages whilst different masks were setting in meant non-stop pampering. Can’t wait to come back again.
