Recently purchased a used bike here, even though it wasn't a BMW and I was trading in a Kawasaki the treatment I received was second to none. The whole team including the lovely little Border Terrier are a great friendly bunch. I mainly dealt with Ian, he came up with a great deal with no pressure, a real pleasure to meet and deal with. When collecting the bike the usual long winded and boring process of document completion was expertly done in no time at all with James, another great guy. Really can't fault this place and highly recommend to all.
