Whilst in store, I wasn't even acknowledged. The staff were busy fussing over other the other two customers in store and one member of staff literally barged past me to get back to the changing room - no "excuse me" or anything. I did notice that when another [non-person of colour] entered the store, they were acknowledged and assisted. Very bad customer service. I don't even want to order on line now!

For all your sartorial desires, visit Reiss on Regent Street. Women's wear up top, and Men's wear down the spiral staircase - this old banking building still has the old gated lift installed (sadly it doesn't work anymore) but a great store to find that missing piece for your work wardrobe. From suits to t-shirts, jogging bottoms to pocket squares; reiss does the lot whilst making sure you look good. The staff are friendly and easy on the eye - always have been - just ask if you need any help, they're only too willing to run around the store or next door and get the other size for you. Do say - I'll take one in each colour Don't say - Do you have anything that isn't slim fit?

Store seems smug compared to other Reiss I've been in. Don't bother trying to call they wont answer even when I was literally inside the store I tried calling just to see if they hadn't been picking the phone up on purpose. Looks to be the case.
