Terrible customer service. Took forever to checkout. Finally checked out and GUESS WHAT- they left the security device on. Furthermore this security device could not be removed by 2 other Reiss stores. What a disaster. Still unresolved since I don’t plan to go back to central London.

I recently collected an online order from this store and on my arrival was ignored at the counter by two clueless, untrained, incompetent assistants for at least ten minutes. They didn't even look up to acknowledge my presence, choosing to avoid eye contact. I complained to the manager but due to his insensitivity and tactless manner, followed by mild aggression, this ended up being more confrontational than helpful. Another assistant then appeared and 'chirped up' without knowing any of the facts. I suggest that you avoid this store unless you enjoy a hostile shopping environment. The security guy on the door was extremely affable and far more knowledgeable in terms of customer service than any of the above. I'd have given him five stars! Much better experience at the Barrett Street store close to Selfridges.

Went today to Reiss Oxford circus Market place, was completely ignored all the time by the person working in the men department apparently very busy chatting with another customer about his holidays selected an item and tried it on in the fitting room still noone asking me if I needed help even me spending £128 in his shop! At the till the girl said 85 please so honestly I said is there a sale today, then she did not know and called the man whom I saw earlier in the men's department, who disappeared for a while to enquire and said then there was a mistake on the price tag, to the girl at the till not to me as he seemed to ignore me superbly, nevermind I agreed to pay 128, not a word of apology from that extremely rude man who was ignoring me completely I said to the girl at the till that it doesn't pay to be honest anymore, No need to say I will never set foot in this xford circus reiss shop employing such mannersless and educationless staff !!!

Very limited selection of men's clothes compared to previous visits - possibly due to the sale. They only had one length of the trouser I wanted in store and I was told there were other lengths online. Surely you would have an example of each size to try on in the store? (Or would this not be logical) The store assistant wasn't very friendly and I have noticed an attitude before at this store where the staff are less friendly than other Reiss stores.

I’ve never come across such cold rude customer service. She barely acknowledged. Even the male customer assistants were rude. He was watching over my shoulder as though I’m there to Nick. The dressing rooms are so dirty. I couldn’t believe how shabby they were. They charge £175 for a pair of trouser. And the dressing rooms are beyond my understanding. Never will go there again
