Their incompetence in adhering to crucial deadlines is alarming and unacceptable. It is disheartening that the customer has to remind them about important correspondence from the Home Office constantly. Instead of taking ownership of their mistakes, they prefer to shift blame onto the Home Office. This lack of organization in managing their portfolio of customers inevitably leads to crucial deadlines being forgotten and errors occurring. The irony is striking regarding this Law firm and its employees, such as (Zarish & Ben). Despite being assigned a hearing date by the immigration tribunal, they dared to ask if the tribunal had indeed provided a hearing date just days before the hearing itself. It is beyond ridiculous. Furthermore, they even neglected to book a barrister for the hearing. Adding insult to injury, the Home Office sent an essential bundle of documents to both my address and Reiss Edwards. However, they misplaced the bundle and tried to shift the blame onto the Home Office. In the midst of it all, Zarish dared to insist that the Home Office should have thoroughly reviewed the bundle. How can the Home Office review it if they fail to send it on time to the tribunal? Astonishingly, this supposedly professional law firm still needs to have a proper complaints structure in place. In light of these appalling experiences, I have initiated a complaint with the Legal Ombudsman. These so-called legal firms need to understand the immense effort people put into earning their money. They must also learn that providing subpar service and demanding exorbitant fees will not go unchallenged. I strongly advise against engaging the services of this legal firm. Unless you are prepared to tolerate subpar service despite paying a significant sum of money, look elsewhere for legal representation.

I have been dealing with Reiss Edwards since 2020 and I am amazed at how my case was handled by each of the following person(s): (Evgenia Kabnova and Anna Foley) both were exceptional and dealt flawlessly with all enquires on a daily bases and kept to a very high standard for which I cannot fault. Thank you. Younes Ech-Chadi put my wife at ease when she went into their office to start the process and with the others in concern. Their effort was to make sure my Visa Application (Leave to Enter) was successful so I can join my wife in the UK, especially during the pandemic (Covid-19) when the whole world went into lockdown. I was relieved as my application was successful and able to join my wife in time before the second lockdown. Presently I have just completed my visa extension (Leave to Remain) and Reiss Edwards once again proved their level of professionalism in the way they handled my case. Ben was our first contact this time, and my case was handed over to Ada Seiti (An associate). Ada, has been extraordinary with respect to the way she handled my case. She has always been very friendly in her responses to my questions via emails and calls. Even though been relational in her communication she never lost guard on her professionalism. The time frame from when my application was put into the time a decision was made was four weeks in total and it brought joy unspeakable for my wife and me. Perhaps I never thought we would ever receive quick responses in that capacity. My wife and I just want to say a big thank you to the establishments and all the associates at Reiss Edwards. Mostly to Ada Seiti for her tremendous impartation to have made it possible for me to continue living in the UK with my dear wife. Once again, with heartfelt gratitude, we say a very huge thank you for all you’ve done for us and look forward to working with you when I apply for my final application (Indefinite leave) I would strongly recommend Reiss Edwards to friends and families.
