I don’t very often write reviews but I was soooooo impressed with this store today! Firstly, I do have to say that the store layout is a bit daft! Womenswear upstairs ??? I went into today with my baby in her pushchair - there is no lift so no way upstairs. The shop assistant Michelle and her colleague, whose name I didn’t get were so helpful! Michelle went above and beyond! I asked her if she’d watch my baby for 2 minutes while I ran up to see if anything was what I was looking for. She put my baby behind her till, she rang up to reassure me she was fine! I did find several things I liked so her colleague brought them down to the changing rooms on the ground floor. Michelle had put my baby in the store cupboard with the door slightly ajar because she’d fallen asleep and it was darker in there. She then helped me with every outfit, gave genuine advice/critique. Not pushy at all! She was amazing!! I ended up buying 3 things and it was all because she made the experience with my baby so relaxing! Customer service is lacking in a lot of places but not in this Reiss store - totally outstanding!!!!!
