Working with Reinstate made the whole process so much easier. Instead of having a constant back and forth with the insurance company following water damage which resulted in a whole in the kitchen ceiling, I made phone call and from there Andrew and the team took over and did everything on my behalf. They kept me updated the whole way through, worked with the insurance company to reach an appropriate settlement and schedule of works and organised all of the work. From start to finish, it made the whole experience so much easier. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

After being flooded we found ourselves in need of asbestos tile removal and consequential repairs to floor. Initially contacted by Andy to do floor screed however when he visited he spoke about he range of his services and helped us negotiate with loss adjuster so we could have all the work done by his firm - This allowed us to get the whole job done in two days instead of the longer and more more complex process that the adjuster seemed to want. On the day the jobs - including moving and replacing all the furniture went like clockwork - All people involved were wonderful. I really wish I had known of the full loss assessment services provided by this firm. I would have contacted them when I made my initial claim. Reinstate Uk simplified the whole process and co-ordinated all the work necessary over the shortest time. Will happily go to them again should I ever need to
