My Reiki treatment with Clare at London Reiki Therapy was given as a gift. Never having had a full Reiki treatment before; only “taster “sessions I was excited about my appointment. I wasn’t disappointed. Having found her practice room easily, just 12-minute leafy walk from the station, I was greeted not only by a friendly smiling face but also the beautiful aroma of fennel. I felt immediately at ease as Clare took me into her Reiki retreat room where the smell of relaxing lavender and bergamot filled the air. We had a short chat whereby Clare explained Reiki and the treatment she about to give. For the treatment, she covered me with warm blankets and supplied cushions insuring I would be totally comfortable and warm for the next 50 minutes. At the beginning of the treatment I felt incredible heat from her hands and from that time went into a deep state of relaxation – I felt so relaxed that I had no concept of time. When my treatment came to an end Clare gently touched my shoulder, bringing me back into the room. I left London Reiki Therapy with feelings of positivity, calm and balance. I am really looking forward to seeing Clare again in the future.
