I booked Ruby for a reiki session just before I was due with my second baby. This was my first ever reiki session. Ruby explained what reiki was, what she would do during the session and how I may feel afterwards. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. I was able to openly to speak to her about how I felt with baby no2 coming. She was very professional and flexible as she was able to fit me in around my and my toddler's routine. Ruby is an amazingly gifted reiki healer, as well as a wonderful, down to earth, warm person. I had an amazing distance reiki session with Ruby, which blew me away. It was my first reiki experience, so I had no idea what to expect, but it was incredible! We had a lovely chat beforehand, and both instantly clicked with each other. When the session started, I could literally feel a warmth moving over me, some parts more than others, and I saw loads of images , even though I hardly ever do in meditations. I felt very calm and relaxed, it was a lovely feeling, like I was being cared for. We had a long conversation afterwards, with Ruby telling me some interesting discoveries she had made, that made perfect sense to me, and some recommendations for ways to help myself going forwards. Amazingly, I had no pain from my arthritis etc, which is usually constant, and this was better for days afterwards. And I felt quite different in myself. I promised myself I would have regular sessions, and I think it's particularly important in these difficult times, where we need to look after our physical, spiritual, and emotional sides even more. I would recommend Ruby to anyone, you won't regret it! 💗
