    I had my first ever Reiki experience a few days ago and it was fair to say, I was very nervous as I had no idea what to expect but straight from the outset, Lisa had such a calming energy and I felt safe and understood. The Reiki experience itself is like nothing I have ever experienced before. Lisa has a heated bed for her clients to lie on which aids the relaxation process.
