Ordered a Glockenspiel from Reidys on 27th Febuary that was "In Stock". By 6th of March I'd not recieved any shipping information so emailed them asking the status of my order. They replied on 10th March, saying they were 'struggling to find' the item in their warehouse, but they are hoping to find it over the weekend. I reply asking if they could order another from their supplier if they can't find it. No more contact for them, so on the 21st March I email again asking what is going on. They reply appologising for the delay and ask if I would like a refund. I rely saying I'd rather have the product, but if refund is my only option, then yes please refund me. Again no more contact from them. I email again on 27th March, now a full month after I ordered the item asking what the hell is going on. They reply saying they've been 'unable to source another' and will finally refund me. So yeh, terrible customer service, only contacted me when i contacted them. Claimed to have product in stock that wasn't. Claimed to not be able to source product despite it being available to purchase on the manufactures website the whole time. What a waste of time, will never be buying anything here again.

I had a problem with a guitar that I bought for Christmas, I took the guitar to them. Reidy's examined the guitar, identified there was a manufacturing fault and posted a new guitar to me the next day. Best guitar shop in the UK - Thanks Reidy's..!!
