My remote lost sync with control boards, described the installation to Tim who told me there were multiple issues with the 5 year old installation, not done by them. Tim offered to sort it the next day if I could take the van to them in Cannock. Arrived with them around 10:30am and by 2pm the system had been dismantled and reinstall with all the errors resolved. What a great service. Coffee was good too. Thanks a million. David and Jeanne

Phoned today and had an exceptional, friendly customer service experience, I was having a strange error on my quad motor mover handset, 10 beeps and caution light flashing. This error was not detailed in the manual but one of the engineers advised it could be a loose wire between the master and secondary control boxes. It was and is now fixed getting me out of a difficult urgent situation, really appreciated, thanks guys.

Fantastic service from John, Rick and Tim. Thank you guys. One side of my mover was not engaging electronically. I live a hundred miles away from their base in Cannock but Rick explained over the phone that I could easily take the faulty unit off and send it to them. But I decided to go to a campsite near them and took the unit in after phoning them first. We were given a cup of tea and a comfy seat before deciding to go to the retail park nearby. Had a phone call to say it was done soon after. The work was done under warranty. Because we were so close John then offered to follow us back and fit it back on to the caravan and to the correct toque settings and check it was right. Thank you John. Customer satisfaction, you bet I was. I have to recognise Reich as well for building a quality product and a great warranty and having the knowledge to put such a team together. 👍

Amazing customer service ! Had an issue with unit not synchronising. Tim and John took me through diagnostics over a coupler of phone calls. Eventually packed remote and base unit back to their office Monday ... and it's returned fixed two days later. A remote board problem fixed on warranty !! Thanks so much guys ...

Had a faulty motor mover. Tim and John could not have been more helpful. No fuss fixed promptly excellent customer service. Can not fault Reich. Wish all companies were like this !
