Called to ask for help with issues on a Rehau product installed. Was advised they would not provide me with an independent report on their own profile because despite there being manufacturing issues they ‘wouldn’t slate their manufacturers’. Least they are honest I suppose!

Not happy with this company. Used an approved installer from there website who turned out to be a complete nightmare and when I asked for some help just to get some kind of report on the poor quality work done to date have now been ignored and basically told in so little words it’s not there problem. Initially I thought they were going to help as booked to come see us but then was basically telling us it’s not there problem and I felt like almost trying to cover for the installer. This despite me showing them emails of the installer company swearing at me. I was told they would try talk to installer as first instance to getting him back to recitify and finish his work but since have heard nothing from anyone, and ignored my follow up email to ask for a technical report on faults with the work which they said they could do if the installer did not return.
