Had a nice hair cut before. Went in and asked to shorten a bit and shave where it was shaven before. She brutally chopped my hair off and made me look like a boy with horrible hair cut. She tinned them even if I didn’t ask for it at all. I am actually depressed. Came home after appointment and had a mental breakdown. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Lack of communication about hairstyle and hair in general wasn’t in place. I am actually ashamed to leave the house with this hairstyle. Horrible.

My hair haven't been washed properly, I've asked for a volume blow-dry and ended with flat, dry hair and an unfinished front part. Towels were extremely smelly and dirty. Only reason I booked my hair there as it was convince but as soon as I left I've went home for shower and to wash my hair as I still could smell that dirty towel on me. Avoid this place !!!!!
