Visited a customer here and they sent me £100 parking fine. No one said anything about having to pay to park on their land. I was there visiting Regus... Why would I need to pay anything. I have visited many companies located in Regus and never had to pay parking?? Don't go here .... Use the one in Trafford Park.

Was okay the few times I went. Simple maintenance is lacking such as 50% failed lights in the car park and I thought the heating issues were a myth but yes it went from hot straight to cold today! Edit: It’s strange how everything from checking your car is showing as exempt from parking charges to heating had to be done via a help portal that goes to HQ. After much back and forth reception pressed a button there and then at reception on site to confirm my car was on the system. Why does getting basic assistance for things have to be so convoluted ????

Had an office space here for two years initially chose to get an office space due to covid and wanting a place to work from to get out of the house. Moved from this space roughly a year ago best decision I ever made tired building , if you want to work in a sweatbox rent an office here especially in the summer temperature inside the office is unbearable rendering it useless. You pay for a serviced office but your office won’t be cleaned regularly, feel sorry for the reception staff clearly try there best but with terrible management they have no chance you will see a new receptionist every month just speaks volumes about the company . Towards the end the final breaking point for me was when the door handle to my office broke they had no one who could repair it stayed broken for 2 months eventually just moved all my stuff out and paid the rest of my contract off and vacated it early .
