    If you are a black individual seeking work this is not the place for you. I had my interview on the 12th with Regus and I wasn’t even looked at twice. Everything was going fine and the information provided was amazing as everything they were saying is what I could dedicate towards the company. However during the interview stage everything went downhill. There were 6 employers doing the interview but there were 3 of 6 that I wanted to be interviewed by but unfortunately I got a lady who from the start was giving me weird looks. When I realised I was being interviewed by her I knew instantly I would not get the role. Every question asked had a good reply back and out of everyone there I had more experience within admin. But employees who just have the basic hospitality skills were told to stay and I was sent away. This is discrimination and in the future when hiring candidates please make it clear that you do not want black people in your business if you’re going to have colleagues give people nasty looks and not take the interview process seriously. Im disappointed. My interviewer also tried to downgrade the sound of everything so I could be put off, telling me it’s not only a receptionist role so don’t it call it that you have to clean as well and I told her that is completely fine with me as it is similar to my previous role. If anything the job I applied for through pretemps is exactly what I’ve done but I was not selected based on favourites. You are not picked for experience, you’re picked if they like your look or not. So once again if you’re black don’t go here
