The last time I’m visited was pre covid the build itself is alway clean and the security are always friendly. The Regus is modern, well looked after and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Venue is in a great location and facilities were generally good. Quite expensive but it's Paddington so to be expected. Coffee facility was disappointing in the room with a Nespresso machine that had limited water and only a small number of uht milk sachets. Lunch was adequate but not amazing.
