The room we had did not have what I consider standard facilities such as conference audio and video and also, we had to use an hdmi cable trailing across a walkway to connect to the screen on the wall. Screen was good, coffee was good, just had 1 type of tea bag! All in all OK, but was expecting more. Staff were very good and did what they could to accommodate. Friendly but needs more tech.

The receptionists over here are rather unfriendly and grumpy. The office is a basic Regus office with main facilities on the ground floor. It's kept well maintained and clean, nice cleaners who come around in the evenings. But the 🌡 is maintained to a very uncomfortable and cold point, we generally need to wear coats or scarves to not shiver.
