    Really poor experience and hidden costs regarding cleaning. We paid around £500 for 1 month temporary office to train employee. And they charged £300 for cleaning fee (~15m2 office), which was not clear from agreement, only from t&c which were sent out to us after signing the contract. It contained cleaning fee for things which was not part of agreement- telephones. The quality of office leads to conclusions that they do not utilise that fee for any cleaning/refurbishment and this is only to hid the cost because office was in poor condition before us- greasy windows, coffee stain on carpet, dirty wall from chair swings etc. What is more there is no way to complain and resolve that issue- they are delegating you to all other places/ people/ way of contact to tire you and so you finally let go. This is pathetic and disrespective!!!
