IV been a detectorist for 25 + years and have never had such bad customer service , sent my xp HF Coil of 2 1/2 weeks ago as there was a charging problem, called to ask for an update was told I'd get a call back that day ( nothing ) , ( called the following day for an update was told I'd get a call back nothing yet again) called the next day for someone to say there's nothing wrong with it there end and charges fine...!!! I have 2 charges can they both be faulty I don't think so , coil is being delivered back today so will see if it works or not , if not I'll be posting another poor service review and quality review , being a xp Deus user for over 10 years there service to customers is getting worse ...

Beware, thus business, will con you into thinking the Deus is a superior machine, which it isn’t! My old Garrett and minelab performed the same in high iron areas! They do not accept returns. Very bad liars. Save yourself a BAD experience and don’t buy from here. Or at least if you really want a Deus then buy from another business that sells them.
