What a wonderful easy helpful prompt experience I have been a customer service manager for over 30 years and the turnaround was within 6 days the work is of a high standard my prada glasses were scratched very badly they are like new now. The box came and went and was returned frames buffed for £5 extra well worth it. If you need sun glasses fixed I would recommend this company over and over and all for less than £45 I’m supper delighted thank you

Amazing service, highly recommended! Placed the order, I received a flat packed box in the post, placed my old glasses into the box, attached label and less than a week later I had my glasses back in the post with new lenses in and new nose pads. Literally a quarter of the price I was quoted a few highstreet big names. 5 star no problem.

Any glasses wearer will tell you it sucks wearing glasses. Even more so when your prescription changes and you have 2 or more glasses to then reglaze! I was struggling to find somehere other than Oakley (who wanted to charge me a small fortune to for the favour) until I came across Reglaze Glasses Direct. Being an online store I was sceptical but their communication was great and online review even better so I took the gamble… safe to say I’m glad I did. So, if like me you have mirror lenses (or even if you don’t) and are nearly blind with a high prescription then I cannot recommend Reglaze direct glasses enough. From one small business owner to another, thank you!

Having left my intermediary reading specs ( for lap top etc.) on a plan, I needed to replace them urgently. With the time it takes to make enquiries at the airline, and then pay for petrol and airport parking, if found, I decided to just get another older pair reglazed with Reglaze Glasses Direct,who I have used before. I made enquiries with them and they still had my prescription. So, having had a pre-paid reply box from previous dealings I posted off the frame on the Wednesday and requested new lenses plus new nose clips . They asked if I wanted a refurbishment for an extra £5 which I accepted. I received the completed repaired specs on the Saturday 4 days later. All postage paid by Reglaze. In conclusion - a brilliant service and first class refurb. All for £25 I cant praise them enough. R F CARRINGTON

Excellent service, I recently had an eye test with a well know High Street optician and they completely messed up the prescription for my right eye. At this point I was unaware of the issue and it was only when I received my glasses from Reglaze Glasses Direct that I realized the problem, I couldn't read anything with my right eye. I went back to said optician and complained but they didn't want to know so I went to Vision Express and had a new test. I contacted Chris at Reglaze who offered to redo my order with the now correct prescription without charge, which was amazing customer service considering it wasn't their fault.

The guys at Reglaze Direct are simply amazing. Super helpful and efficient, but also saving me a small fortune on high street opticians lens prices, but I’m getting top quality varifocal hi index lenses that are far lower than the usual route and are expertly fitted, prepared and delivered in less than half the usual opticians lead time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Reglaze Direct to anyone, you will most definitely not be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
