    For weeks I’ve been trying to make an appointment . When I finally got through last Thursday after yet again being on hold for 25 minutes the receptionist asked me to check if my DRs had sent through their data. She could have easily checked using the data I had. However by the time I had a confirmation, they were closed. Since then I’m on hold and then after 10-20 minutes disengaged or as today , a new LOW , the phone didn’t engage at all. Upon my third attempt it was engaged. I’ve tried online booking, but there are no appointments until gone September….I didn’t try beyond that as my mothers funeral was set for August third …and that’s taken nearly two months! There are few words left to describe my contempt for this organisation. The automated Calle response requests understanding? HUH👹☠️
