Went 20 minutes earlier than the appointment time with my new born and was told that the office is closed!?!?! Was told to wait outside in 5 degree cold with our baby for 20 mins. Despicable service!

Really bad, paid over 40 pound for 24 hour birth certificate before 1pm next day and not here, do you think you can talk to a human on the phone...no chance! DONT TAKE MONEY FOR SERVICES YOU CANT PROVIDE ...ITS CALLED DECEPTION!!!

Don’t be 10 minutes late! They won’t see you! They have a 5 minute wait policy. I’m extremely angry as they’re NOT easy to find via sat-nav and it’s poorly signposted in a part of Luton that’s frankly a maze of one way streets. I wanted to register the birth of my son, considering all the things new parents have to go through I thought they’d at least be a bit sympathetic, I was appalled at how uncareing they were. Honestly I’m so angry, people acting like machines gets under my skin. Jobsworths is the only word I can think of.
