Like others, I was concerned when John Lewis referred me to RRC to repair my 3 month old 55" Sony OLED TV, after reading all the negative reviews. Apart from the "stroppy" girl who rang me to change my original appointment. Saying that John Lewis did not have control of their diary & had no right to make appointments on their behalf!! "NOT A VERY GOOD START", I THOUGHT!! From then my total experience was nothing but positive. Nathan then came on the Monday & diagnosed either a complete new OLED panel was needed, or a totally new TV. As I was going on holiday the following Sunday I was told to ring them on Friday for an update. They rang John Lewis, there & then, & found that a brand new replacement TV was on its way to them for me, which if it arrived later that day, they could deliver the following day (Saturday), which they did. When it arrived, I had been sent a better specification than my original (an A84J rather than A80J), and Nathan once again came & handled the whole swop over for me, using the new TV box to take my old one away. The whole thing could not have been handled better IMO.

Bit worried when John. Lewis sent this company to look at my faulty tv because of the bad reviews on here. My experience with them was good though. Called me on the day to give a rough time of arrival then called again when they were half hour away. Very polite on arrival. Took the tv away and a few days later informed JL it was beyond repair who then refunded me

Worst company in the world avoid at all costs.. its a company run by little kids that haven't got a clue.. we was due an exchange straight from Sony.. these clowns from rrc turned up with the new t.v.. they literally dumped it on the floor outside.. especially when it's minus 2 outside and frozen.. they messed me around from weeks they then finally turn up on a weekend they didn't replace my t.v.. instead they damaged my car trying to bring the new t.v out.. why they even got the new t.v out when they had no intention of swaping it.. again and again avoid this company at all cost.. they put you in even more troubles.. how your still a service is beyond me! Watch out from a lad called Alex he's the one with a really big nose if it helps people.

Wait in all day for the engineer to come and fix my broken washing machine. I called at 3:35 to find out what time the engineer would be here was told there was someone in front of me and that I would be next so expect to wait about half an hour. I continue to wait and then go into my front room to see a piece of paper pushed through my front door saying the engineer was here at 3:34, so a minute before I called, which doesn’t make sense as I called apparently a minute after and was told half an hour. I called straight away to see if the engineer could come back as I’ve had a broken washing machine for about a week now and have 5 children in my household only to get told that the engineer can’t come back, can’t come out tomorrow and won’t be able to come back out until Monday, which is three days away! I was left in tears!

Absolutely disgusted with this company, told they were coming on Tuesday had a tracking text to say they will be with me I took a day off work with no pay then the call at 10.10 to say they would come Thursday, no apology just a very nasty rude and ignorant woman telling me John Lewis was wrong to book me in, so what are they supposed to do? I will never take insurance out on an appliance if this company is covering the repairs.
