I would like to send my appreciation and gratitude to Adam Fisher, from Regent Property Letting department. Based on our budget and expectations, Adam was able to propose us a beautiful flat at the Arden Development, even if it was "off-plan" and still to be completed with full furniture. Communications from Adam were always prompt, complete and fully transparent. Unfortunately, the expected time to completion was delayed, and we couldn't wait longer, therefore we decided to look for an alternative. Even in this case, Adam behavior was always very nice and he even tried to help us finding an alternative from Regent in other areas. Also, he immediately returned back the deposit we paid to reserve the flat. Adam couldn't be more professional and always with a smile and kindness. I highly recommend Adam Fisher, and Regent Property, based on our super positive experience, even if at the end we weren't able to rent due to our urgency to find a flat. If Regent Property will read this review, I do suggest a reward for Adam, it's not easy to find people that couple high professionalism and business ethic, with kindness and customer centric approach.

I had the misfortune of renting with Regent Property Lettings, and my experience was nothing short of appalling. The agency's lack of responsiveness was maddening; emails went unanswered for weeks, if not months, and when I tried to follow up, they were dismissive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the agency displayed microaggressions towards me, clearly indicating their complete disregard for their clients' well-being. Their treatment of me as an international was particularly appalling, as they showed unfriendliness and made me feel like they knew my country better than me. Once they signed me and got their commission, the agent's and agency's attitude towards me changed drastically. They were rude and uncommunicative, leaving me feeling like I was a burden to them. They also lied and misrepresented properties, showing a complete lack of integrity and professionalism. The non-qualified personnel they hired were a complete disaster; they did not care about my best interests or security, and their inability to provide quality service was deeply concerning. They failed to address maintenance issues, gaslighting me and leaving me feeling frustrated and powerless. When I reported a list of problems with the new build, they showed no concern, leaving me to deal with them on my own. Their lack of responsiveness and disregard for their tenants' well-being is unacceptable and indicates their lack of professionalism. Overall, my experience with Regent Property Lettings was a nightmare, and I strongly advise against renting with them. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and discriminatory towards international tenants, and their behaviour towards their clients is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone looking to rent to stay far away from this agency.
