    Two nice, polite gentlemen came to my rented property yesterday to look at the gutters which are spewing water down the side of my house and leaking, causing mould in the bedroom directly under the leak. Will update once the work has been done and advice given to my letting agent. Here's to hoping they won't advise the problem is 'condensation' and advise repairs are necessary to prevent this happening again. From my visit yesterday, they are clearly experienced and have seen issues like this before
