Avoid this business at all costs. I took my item to be engraved and gave very clear instructions. I asked if there were any problems to call me and ask. Instead of splitting up the text they put it all onto one line, leaving it illegible. They gave me my money back but refused to pay for a replacement item. I should have trusted my gut when I was asked to pay beforehand because they 'had problems with customers before'. I have given one star in order to review, otherwise it would be none ...
