I won’t have received a time critical test for 11 days. Even though I paid for 48 postage with tracking. The staff know it was time critical but failed to help. They didn’t send one next day delivery to get to us in time. They send no e mail to say tests have been patched. No tracking numbers etc unless you phone. Really really disappointed. Please believe these reviews.

Great experience overall. I have booked a test as a private client . It was easy to carry out the test, following the instructions were clear and my results were emailed back to me in a timely manner.I called the customer service team for some advice and they were very knowledgeable. Made an error and didn't post my test out all week, didn't reply to email and when I called was told it would take another 3-4 days. I asked for a faster service to compensate for it being so late, I was told no. Poor customer service.

Pretty good team. They have lots of tests not all of them are good tests mind you. If somethings slow its because of the external company not them. I got the dutch adrenal test and was very shocked by the results.

A great range of tests. BUT appallingly so results service and sometimes completed tests are "lost". Ordered Melatonin tests as a matter or urgency. I have possible pituitary and pineal disease. Test kit arrived promptly. I completed it the next day and posted promptly. Then it took EIGHT weeks to gett he results. EIGHT LONG USELESS weeks, in which no treatment was possible. This is a saliva test, people, that takes a few moments for the Lab to process. Was emailing Regenerus weekly, but being fobbed off over and over. Another time I ordered a neurotransmitter test for my daughter. Complicated to perform on a small child as multiple and precise samples needed to be taken up front. Filled in complicated paperwork and posted correctly and packaged as instructed. Test was "lost". We never received the result. And I have had no luck getting a replacement kit, so far. Regenus is a great and useful idea. Invaluable as a way to get many functional medicine tests. But they need MORE people making sure RESULTS FOLLOW THROUGH once tests ordered and paid for.

Waited 5 weeks for 1 set of results and 7 weeks for another result. Have been emailing and calling the company for a month for some sort of refund as these result times were much longer than what was communicated to me (and the results are not even part of my treatment plan now as it took so long to receive them!) Have no feedback regarding an compensation, despite sending multiple emails and calling the office. In future would use another lab
