Dale and his team were superb with our balcony panels replacement. They were confident and clear in everything they did, from first quotes to follow-up visit for us to choose the pattern, to installation. Price was more than reasonable. They were generous with a free ‘extra’ service as their timescale had run slightly over (despite the fact they knew we weren’t in a hurry). They understood the need for the panels to be taken out and replaced on the same day (we have stupid cats). The site was left immaculate and they even noticed we’d moved heavy plant pots into our spare room - and moved them back out onto the balcony for us! Totally recommended.

I don't often post reviews or share my personal stuff online but on this occasion wanted to share how we feel given the great service from Regency Ironworks. We are so happy with our new electric sliding gate. Dale, Louis and the other team members were brilliant from the first conversation through to the final delivery of the gate this week. We (and our neighbours) think it looks superb. It matches the new anthracite scheme and cedar fencing elsewhere in the front garden - literally aligned and measured to perfection to beautifully join the whole theme together. The workmanship and attention to detail in manufacturing the gate as well as installing it and an attractive slider/runner solution for our driveway slope shows they really care about their work too. Our goals for a bit more privacy on our front drive/garden have been realised, and I am pleased to say how much easier life is with an electric gate! Go get one, and do meet the chaps from Regency Ironworks. They were the best by far from the firms I had considered, and as you can tell, I am pleased with my decision.

Recently had a beautiful old gate, that needed much attention, sandblasted and painted by Regency. Fantastic job! The fitters replaced new posts for the gate to be fitted to, and a lovely new house name attached to the top of the gate. So pleased with it. Would definitely recommend.
