Hi We got several quotes for the new carpets we wanted and decided to go with Regency because of the great service and advice we received from Graham and Wes. They took their time to explain the various options available and their quote included various alternative options for us to consider. We agreed a fitting schedule over several days so the carpets could be fitted as conveniently as possible Gary and the team of fitters provided excellent service and removed the existing carpet and cleared up and disposed of all the waste. Because I managed to shift some of the furniture while they were in the house more rooms were done than anticipated and the fitting was finished a whole day ahead of schedule. I would recommend this firm to anyone and the only painful part of the process was settling the bill with Kirsty. Lol Thank you and we’ll done lads Steve & Lizzie

We can only recommend Regency Flooring to anyone looking to have any type of floor work done. The professionalism, curtesy and above all workmanship has been outstanding, far and above anything we’ve seen from other trades. Being based in West Kent ourselves, Regency was not a local or indeed the cheapest option but we would most definitely use them again.

We have never had such efficient contractors as we have had from Regency Flooring. We had a great experience from them when they fitted our wooden flooring so we asked them to carpet our stairs and bedrooms. They took a great deal of trouble,going beyond what you would expect, and the finish is excellent. We will continue to recommend Regency Flooring. Well done!
