Riva 2 600 with black glass liners and icon xs glass trim installed in November 2020, delighted with process and install and the fire worked well. Fast forward to August 2022, gas test failed, fault identified and isolated to new fire. Despite calls / email no action from Regency Fireplaces which was disappointing on a £3200 purchase. Fault now rectified loose nut on supply connection, initial install failed to tighten / check perhaps? In response, happy to chat you have my number, and for clarity the fault existed on completion but pressure drop was within limits (7mb) so was not actioned
