The hall is beautiful. But if you're looking for a professional place this isn't it. We hired the hall for a funeral reception. The management arrived at the hall an hour and a half late. Which meant we was late setting up, late attending the funeral. The staff dont speak English. We hired the kitchen for there was no microwave and the staff didn't know how to use the facilities. You had random staff members coming in whilst serving the food to sit on the counter tops. To top everything off whilst MY GUEST were arriving from the cemetery, management was giving a tour of the venue to other people that were interested in the venue ..That's rude and so unprofessional. I spoke with the venue to let them know how I felt and they were very dismissive and rude. They dont like criticism, wouldn't recommend.

Tash and the team were exceptional in all aspects, from the start of our wedding planning process to the effective communication throughout and flexibility with all our needs for our wedding. Communication was easy following through email and phone calls. A great understanding of the demands of an African wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. The venue itself is super stunning and really elegant in all aspects! It was an amazing use of all spaces- car park space , amber suite for reception drinks aswell as the upstairs layout for 280 guests at our wedding. We thank you all so much
