Danny came and repaired our flat fibreglass roof in October 2022 and did a great job. The next day I called and mentioned that we needed a different trim on one of the edges, Danny said no problem and would come out to put a new trim on. 6 months later and we are still waiting for Danny to show. Have called multiple times with Danny saying he would be here, have left countless messages but still no sign. Very frustrating as did a great job but customer aftercare is non existent.

Danny and his team installed our new fiberglass flat roof and new roof lantern in March 2022 during periods of heavy rain, which they weren't prepared for. As a result our whole internal ceiling fell through because the externals were left exposed. It is now the end of August 2022 and finally (after a different company rectified the problem) our roof is fixed and no longer leaking. Regal rooflines claim to be "specialist" in rooflights, but after an abrupt and rude conversation with Danny on the phone asking him to repair the incorrectly installed (and heavily leaking) roof lantern (for the 2nd time), he claimed that actually he doesn't install roof lanterns and he was "only doing it as a favour to a mate", which certainly contradicts a number of their website statements! Overall - very poor customer service and a very stressful experience, which has sadly left us with damaged furniture, walls and flooring. Services: Skylight installation, Roof installation
