This company are an absolute joke machine breakdown constantly engineers moan that company won't pay for parts and the regional managers trying to screw you out of money put in the machine to keep it running there is definitely nothing regal about them and their customer service is none existent. Find any other company they have to be better than providing you with a fruit machine that you can't switch

We have 5 machines and they're always breaking down. It takes up to 2 weeks for an engineer to come out and often after they leave site the machines either develop another problem or they repeat the issue.
