My mum ordered some nets recently and paid full price up front and was looking forward to receiving her purchase. Unfortunately on collection they was creased all over as if stored in the corner of a workshop with complete disregard to customer satisfaction and care. The sides of the nets were badly cut, as if a child had done this in an art activity, my mum had to recut the sides to a satisfactory standard as my mum is a qualified and highly skilled dressmaker and seamstress. My mum also had to press the nets before putting them up. This is absolutely out of the question, and therefore perhaps Regal furnishing’s should drop the Regal part of their company name, as there is certainly nothing Regal about the company. Absolute disgrace and would highly recommend to stay clear of this company,

Very poor service in the terms of commitment ,quality and customer satisfaction Got their service for my new home and paid in Full in advance without any bargain Very costly compared to nearby competitors Sorry to say that product was of low quality ,not made according to measurement . The owner was adamant that he is right and this is all they can do I really repent to have their service chosen for me new home
